How do I pay for the courses?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa credit cards. We use WorldPay checkout which is a secure ordering environment. Company and Government Purchase Orders are welcome. You may email to info@simply-cert.com Purchase order terms are: Net 30 days.

How long does it take to receive the account confirmation email? Voucher purchased and registered on Simply Cert.

It gets sent instantly. Have you checked your spam folder? If you can’t locate the email please call one of our consultants and we will confirm your account so you can start your courses.

How soon can I get started on the course?

Once you have enrolled in a course you’ll be sent an email with course setup instructions. With most courses it takes just a few minutes and you can start your training right away.

Can I choose to do more than one course

Yes, and additional discounts are available if you enrol in multiple courses! When you enrol in a bundle or library you will be able to switch back and forth between classes in your library.

Can more than 1 person use the training?

Each enrolment is for single user access. If you have additional employees or students, we do offer multi-user pricing options. The multi-user discounts are based upon the course, number of students and length of the subscription access. Please contact us for pricing on multi-user accounts.

Will I need any special equipment to complete your courses?

No, all you need is a high speed internet connection.

Are your courses iPad compatible?

Yes, most courses are compatible with iPads and all other Apple devices. You do not need to download any other software.

What computer hardware is required to take these courses?

Most of our courses can be taken using any system; there are no hardware restrictions to take our courses. Courses can be completed using a PC, Mac, Laptop, or Tablet.

Can I access the courses from multiple computer locations, eg, Home computer, office computer

Yes you can access it from multiple locations as long as you are not logged in at the same time from multiple locations

Can i take these courses anywhere in the world?

Yes, as long as you have internet connection you can study anywhere in the world

Do the courses expire after a certain period?

Yes, although it depends upon your subscription. The standard for all subscriptions is for 1-year access. We do offer renewal rates at a significant discount and we find most of our students are hooked once they enrol. IT technologies and their certifications are always changing, so our students recognize the value of ongoing certifications and the benefit of staying up to date on all current technologies.

What is the level of education I need in order to take the training?

There are no prerequisites or minimum-levels of education needed for the training. The courses start at a fundamental and basic level and then work their way up progressively.

How are the courses structured?

Our curriculum development staff has over 20 years of instructional design experience in developing leading edge programs. Courses are presented in a logical modular format that allows you to progress at your own pace in a very structured environment. The courses contain instructor led lectures, visual demonstrations, interactive labs and test simulations.

How long will a course take to complete?

It varies from student to student, however on average the student spends around 50-hours per single exam, depending on the curriculum.

Are the courses or the tests at a specific time of day?

No. Our training is ‘on demand’ so you can fit everything around your schedule and work at your own pace.

Are the courses recognized within the computer industry?

Yes, because the certification itself comes directly from the vendor e.g.; Microsoft or Cisco. Regardless of where you train you receive the exact same certification

Are there any exams?

Yes, all IT certifications require that you sit for a live exam. Students can always receive the best discounts on vouchers by purchasing them at the last minute. The vouchers do have expiration dates, so the shorter the expiration date, the larger the discount

Are exams costs included?

No, exams are NOT included in any off our packages.

Is there a testing center near me?

Most major cities have testing centers that are easily accessible, you can find exam information on each course under the exam locator tab.

What’s the difference between e-learning and live classroom training?

Not very much at all with our courses, except you save a significant amount of money! We give you the same training you would receive in a live class, but because our training is recorded you can progress through the class in your own time and at your own pace. Most students feel more in control of their education with our e-learning system and because you have unlimited access to the course(s) during your subscription, you can review modules at any time. Our retention levels are much higher than those of a live ‘boot camp’ that would cost you three times as much!

Do you have programs for businesses that may be used by more than 1 end-user?

Would I need to have a college degree to accompany my certifications to find employment in the IT field?

No. While having a degree is always going to be a benefit when job hunting, many IT jobs value these certifications highly enough to employ you in an IT position regardless of a degree.
